The location and room were great for what you pay for. We had a comfortable stay and enjoyed the value for money. The gentleman at reception was friendly and professional. The bathrooms, although a bit old, were clean and the communal environment felt caring. The presence of a fan and television in the room added to our comfort. The breakfast, which was free of charge, was excellent and a money-saving bonus.

Clean and comfortable rooms with all necessary amenities. Friendly and helpful staff. Communal facilities for socializing. Free wifi available.

I got great value for my money at this hostel. The room layout was good with plenty of storage space and the common areas were clean and bright. The staff at Cambridge Lodge were super nice and friendly, making my stay enjoyable. The location in a calm neighborhood made it relaxing to stay there.

The morning meal could be improved with the addition of soap and shampoo for guests.

We had a fantastic stay near the train station, just a short walk away. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice tap and sink. The shared bathrooms were spacious and mostly clean. We were pleasantly surprised by the quietness in our room, and the shower was quite good. The location was convenient for getting around the city, being close to public transportation options.

The parking options were extremely difficult, making it challenging for guests with vehicles.

As adventure travelers, we absolutely loved the excellent location and easy access to public transportation. The free parking around the hostel was a huge plus for us as we had our own car. The shared facilities were always spotless and the staff was readily available. The warm and relaxed feel of the place made us feel right at home, and the homelike environment was very inviting. The decor was welcoming and the security measures were top-notch.

stayed in sydney before, but this time at Cambridge Lodge was incredible. clean room, comfy bed, and well-equipped kitchen made it a perfect choice. loved the quiet street and free parking. close to train station and a great option for a peaceful stay outside the CBD. highly recommend!
